Don Pegg
Senior Pastor
Pastor Don Pegg has faithfully served KMBC for 28 years and counting, following his earlier ministry as a youth pastor. He has a deep love for God’s Word and a heart for the mission of the Church—locally in our community and globally around the world. Whether preaching, praying, or walking alongside others, Pastor Don is known for his steady leadership and genuine care for people.
He and his wife, Kim, serve faithfully side by side in ministry. They have two daughters, both married, and are proud grandparents to six grandchildren—all of whom are actively involved at Kinnett in various ways. Pastor Don’s life and leadership reflect a genuine love for God, family, and the church.
James Chadwell
Pastor of Youth and Discipleship
James Chadwell is passionate about the gospel of Jesus Christ, and making and growing disciples of Jesus among the youth, their parents, the congregation as a whole, the surrounding community, and across the earth, with the goal of presenting everyone in his care mature in Christ. James leads youth and also serves the church through preaching, teaching, outreach, and pastoral care. He is married to Leigh-Ellen and they have six children at home.
Amber Lang
Director of Children’s Ministries
Amber Lang has faithfully served as the Director of Children’s Ministries at KMBC for over 20 years. Her heart for the next generation is evident in everything she does—from Sunday morning lessons to midweek activities, Amber consistently points our children to the hope of the gospel. With a deep love for Scripture, she is passionate about teaching kids not only what the Bible says, but how to truly read it, understand it, and apply it to their lives. Amber’s unwavering commitment to raising up Christ-centered kids has shaped countless young hearts and families in our church. Her gentle spirit, joyful energy, and gospel-rooted teaching continue to make a lasting impact on every child she encounters.
Cathy Overman
Administrative Assistant
Cathy Overman is often the first voice you hear when you call and the first to respond to your emails. With a kind heart and a gift for organization, she keeps our church office running smoothly and supports our ministry teams with grace and care. Her joyful spirit and welcoming presence are a blessing to all who connect with KMBC.
Lisa Overman
Treasurer
Lisa Overman serves faithfully behind the scenes, ensuring our finances are handled with accuracy and integrity. Her attention to detail and commitment to stewardship help support the mission and ministries of KMBC. Lisa’s quiet dedication is a vital part of our church’s day-to-day operations.
Butch Adams
Facilities Manager
Butch Adams keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. With a heart to serve and a hands-on approach, he ensures our campus is safe, welcoming, and ready for ministry every day. His dedication and quiet faithfulness are a true blessing to our church family.
